See, the problem is on how to make a workflow to choose which item goes from which warehouse. As it is now, you have an invoice with 1 or 1000 items and all
codes are downloaded from 1 warehouse and quantity is lowered for each maatching item in that warehouse.
If you have an invoice with 3 items, and you have 3 warehouses, you will be asked 3 times (one time for each invoice item) from which warehouse to decrease quantity, now imagine this 5 times. In my opinion is already a complicated thing to select a proper warehouse for each item.
All this because mot probably you will have same items in those 3 warehouses or at least a good part of it will be same items.
