I think this is a simple change that could make dolibarr much more usable in my opinion.
In my personal case, i will use dolibarr only in my country, so i prefer that only Spain and spanish cities will be shown in every form, creating a new customer, contact, etc., the same in currency and other options...
At this moment you must deactivate all these options individually, one by one, wait for page to refresh between every change, (using those interruptors ON / OFF), I think it will be better change this for some simple but effective checkboxes and only one button at header and footer with the interruptor for going ON or OFF, in this way everybody could activate or deactivate multiple options at one time.
This objection is expresed by an ignorant in code in all of its forms and i can´t imagine how much work it represents, so, please, be comprensive.
