Found the issue.
I had another clean install i just installed last week.
Checked the bookmarks.class.php file ... and it was corrupt.
I replace the content of the file with the good one ...... and everything is ok now.
I hope there is not other files corrupted somewhere else.
Everything runs smoothly now !
