after reading this post (http://www.dolibarr.org/forum/12-howto--help/23914-updated-with-version-dolibarr-351) , i decided to share this in the forum, I hope it helps many of you to avoid unwanted situations...
For everyone who wants a simple way to make a regular basis backup to dolibarr, I recomend you this:

Info: With this tiny application you can make a manual backup, cront task or automatically generate your own file "what-ever.php" with the needed parameters to connecto to your MySQL server, export the entire database and make a copy to a ftp server, even send a compressed copy of the DB to your email account.
Integration: As you must know, dolibarr has the external site module , so simple as create a button linking to the mentioned "what-ever.php", (previously created with phpmybackuppro) and you can backup your erp 100 times in a single day, or more ;)
