Are you sure the user that run Webserver get read right on this folders and files : /data/www/vhost/www.mwc.no/drift/documents/doctemplates/...osal.odt
The first message said that or this file do not exists, or it cannot be read. Two option it cannot be read because the template is really bad formated (Did you use OpenOffice or Libre office to personnalized it), or the user that run the webserver cannot acces to it.

What do you mean ? The products inside this invoice are not the originals ones ?
It can mean you have delete a product and created a new ones taht take the same technicals id. It can happens if you change hosting solution or migrate from one database to another (rowid sequences are not automaticly transfered from one dabase engine to another).
The better things to do is to never delete product that have been use somewhere in Dolibarr, but just set it to "not sold" and "no supply".
To retreive your original invoice you'll need SQL intervention, but it will be tricky because I guess it the case for this product/invoice, it will be the for product deletes.

When I cancel an invoice, the total amount of the cancelled invoice is added to the total unpaid amount of the customer in both "view all invoices" and "customer preview".
This makes it very hard to use these tools in dolibarr to monitor customer payments.
How could we avoid having the cancelled invoice amounts in our calculations?
Do I have to edit all these invoices by hand and change their amount to 0?

Hi,
Looks like you upgraded your installation and the template model pdf_customfields.modules.php was the proposal default document in your previous version, right ?
The info is stored in the database and the error occurs as it cannot find the default template file anymore after upgrade.
So... perhaps add the file pdf_customfields.modules.php so the error will not show again... then go to setup of proposal module then disable this template if you don't want to use it further...

but i use this method:
- new spreadsheet in libreoffice
- create a template with correct tag
- save it with .odt extension
- upload on webserver
is possibile create a "writer" document with this method?

It's just a variation of the US Format, with the commas removed. One quick quirk, will be that it's usually the state in short hand (eg. NSW instead of New South Wales, VIC instead of Victoria, QLD instead of Queensland) - just in case you wanted to go that far, but the basic Suburb State Postcode will have anyone Australian cheering for the moment.
